Visihelp gives you an easy-to-understand visual overview. You can clearly see what you're doing with whom, and where and when it will happen. You get access to a large library of symbols you can use, and you can also upload your own images if you wish.

Routines, sequences and systems that are easily recognizable are important. A clear structure makes it easier to know what is expected, reduces stress and increases the sense of mastery. Visihelp lets you structure both small and big things in everyday life.

Structure provides predictability, and predictability creates security. Visihelp gives you access to easy-to-understand daily plans, weekly plans, countdowns, digital binders, reminders, and not least: Overview, structure and predictability.
So what exactly is Visihelp?
Visihelp is simply a digital tool where a caregiver – or you yourself – enters activities in a calendar. These activities can then be displayed in many different ways and on many different screens.
You can show a countdown on your mobile phone, a daily plan on a computer screen, a digital binder on a tablet, a school schedule on a PC, a weekly plan on a TV – yes, almost all types of screens separately – or all at once. If you have old equipment lying around that you don't use, they can get new life as a little helper in everyday life.
You can choose symbols from a library with over 60,000 pictograms, but also upload your own images. Whatever suits your needs.
You have many options to customize each activity, and you decide how simple – or advanced – your setup should be.
You absolutely don't need to be tech-savvy to use the system, and we have instructional videos that help you through all parts of the program.
The whole philosophy behind Visihelp is that there shouldn't be so many buttons, menus or other confusing choices to deal with for the person who will benefit from this tool. Everything that needs to be registered is simply entered in the calendar on a website. If you want to see daily and weekly plans on a mobile phone, for example, you select this on the website, scan a QR code with your phone – and instantly it works as your own personal assistant with full overview of what will happen.
If you later decide that this mobile phone should also notify when an activity will start, you can easily change this from the website. In other words, you don’t need to make changes on the phone — everything is managed from the administration.
